BIG people FRIENDLY!!

Came to this place out of nowhere... We just happened to find this place while driving along HWY 138 (San Bernardino Forest).  Glad we stopped, the food was so good and this place is super large people friendly. The rest rooms (not pictured) are large (one for woman, one for men) and super clean. The seating is all tables and chairs and they are not super low tables either. This place was empty (i guess due to the area), it was just me and my friend and another couple. The service was ok, nothing special (you would think they would be so happy to have us there, since no one else was).. but i can't complain the place seem clean and the decor was cute.

Front Entrance Has Steps, Not so bad to go up.. But the side of the restaurant has wheelchair ramp.
One handicap parking, but plenty of parking in front or side of restaurant.
View of entrance from inside.. Next to Fireplace.
Most of the seating is tables and chairs.. but they have a bar seating area too as seen here. Right next to the kitchen.
Bar and Kitchen area.
Cleaning area, and pass the hallway are the restrooms.
California Rolls, Tempura.. $5.00 for 12 rolls.. NOT BAD.. and they taste SO GOOD..
The sign from the HWY... Nice right.. and PLENTY OF PARKING..

Overall this place was a hidden gem, not crowded at all.. not sure if this is because we went on a friday at 2PM... The food was good, clean roomy restrooms and seating area. I would come back if i'm in the area.

Big People Friendly (SOME please read) (not wheelchair accessible)

Entrance to the Saloon, Stairs only but rest area in the front
Entrance to the Cafe - big steps to get in :(
Plenty of parking, but not one handicap parking on site...The truth this place is not handicap friendly, in order to get into the saloon or cafe you need to go up 4 not small steps. I had to use the rail to push myself up and thankfully they had a seating area right next to the saloon and cafe. Not that I was out of breath, but my knees kinda hurt after going up the huge steps.

This place is tiny inside, they have 5 booths (with non movable tables), so I couldn't fit in the booths, and they also have bar like seating (could not fit in those either). They do have 4 tables with chairs in the middle of this TINY cafe. I will show you below the seating.

Menu, Prices not bad for the huge portions you get.
This place is super dorky, which is why I wanted to try it.. the decor changes every other  month. Those huge spiders move up and down every five minutes. And haunting sounds came out of some of the deco.
Above you could see the table seating, and how tiny the cafe is.. that is my friend Matt on the phone, I was sitting right in front of him.

This shows you the bar like seating, and some of the kitchen.

This is the booth seating. the tables are attached to the wall, so they can't move to adjust to your needs :(
See how close the middle tables are to the booths...

This booth is one of two "LARGE" group booths. I didn't notice if the tables are movable.

This is how the entrance looks from the inside.
I didn't go to the restrooms, because it was so snug inside i just knew i would not be able to walk through the side aisles with ease.  So I didn't even try to go to the restrooms, which are located at the opposite side of the entrance.

They have outdoor seating, they are typical picnic tables.. they have four i think..

This is a view of the side of the cafe, where they have the outdoor seating.

Again the front view of the cafe and saloon as seen from the side seating area. They also have benches in front of the Cafe and Saloon. And two stair entrances..

Last one more view from the front of the Cafe.
Overall I would recommend this place to large size people, if i could fit in and walk up the stairs anyone else could come here too. Unless you are mobility impaired and can't walk up the stairs. Here you could see the stairs and the railing. Judge for yourself.

It's not close to LA, but worth the drive up.. The cafe alone is super cute, and it's so beautiful all around.

Big people friendly!!!

The world famous Roxy Theater is large people friendly. For the majority the staff is friendly (The guy that scans the tickets could be more friendly). The box office is located a few steps from the entrance. They have a sort of valet parking ($7.00) to the left of the box office. (as seen below)

(as seen below: Front Street Entrance to The Roxy Theater)
When I arrived, I had already called and made arragements to make sure I have seating. This is what I did.. I emailed the VIP staff (Beth) her email is listed at the beging of the blog along with address. I explained that I was a large size girl and would need special accommodations  She replied with in 24 hours and told me that it would not be a problem. That she would reserve a seat for me and a guest. They usually charge for tables and VIP seating. But if you are special needs or mobility impaired they will accommodate you at no extra charge. When I arried at the box office to pick up my tickets, I explained that i had arrangements with Beth prior and what i needed to do next. They told me i had to make line... Mind you the line was far back and I knew that i would not be able to stand in line until they open the doors. i then asked the ticket guy if i could possibly borrow a seat while my friend made line for both of us. The ticket guy said, they couldn't bring chairs outside the venue. I then started to panic, because at this point I was already standing for some time and my back was killing me. My friend went back to the box office and explain my situation and they told her to ask "EDDIE". Eddie is the main security and he is always at the entrance. He told me i wa able to go in before the doors open, no problem. Then i was directed by another security to our table that already had a reserved table placement card with my name on it. SCORE!

(below is the Seating area: Both VIP and Tables)

This is the table me and my guest were sitting at, the stage is just a few steps to the left of the tables.

Not pictured: Restrooms because I didn't use them (they looked tiny) but on a good note they have lounge style seating to the left of the female restrooms, that will seat 4 plus size people. The female restrooms and lounge are located just steps of the Main Street Entrance. The Roxy theater is not so big inside, a main bar to the right of the main entrance, the stage a few steps of entering the venue and the seating area to the left of the entrance after passing the female restrooms. The male restrooms are at the back of the venue near the stage area. I got a soda it was $4.00, they also sell bar food, mixed drinks and beer.

Big People Friendly :)

This location is not of the the largest Dollar Trees I've been to but that is not a bad thing.. The parking lot fits about 19 cars. Two parking spots right next to the entrance, one is general parking and another is handicap.
(as seen below)

(below you could get an idea on how close the parking is to the entrance -  Only ONE handicap parking)

This location does not have shopping carts ( this was a miss with me, because i like to use them to lean on while I shop). But they do have a bench to sit and rest if needed right next to the back office by register #5. (as seen below) This was a HUGE plus for me :)

Overall a large people friendly location.

BIG people Friendly !!!

This location (because not all Denny's are alike) has parking right next to the entrance (as seen above).  The parking lot is not large, so basically if you parked at the furthest parking it is only about 90 steps away. If you are like me (Cindy), I start getting back pain when I walk even those 90 steps. No worries once you step foot inside the main entrance, they have a sitting area for you to rest up. (as seen below)

The staff is super friendly (been here about 6 times, always the same service) and will let you choose where you want to sit. All you have to do is ask to be seated at a half booth half table.. And they will tell you to choose yourself. This locations has two areas that have the "half booth/half tables." One on the end of the main area and one right next to the kitchen (which is located a few steps of the main entrance).

(above are the the booths located near the kitchen (they have one half booth/ half table and a double booth with a table that will move to adjust to your size)

(above are the back area booths with half booth/chairs.. All movable (tables moves, and chairs)).

(above is a photo of the center of the restaurant with both booths that have non movable tables and tables with all chairs around)

Another thing I love about this Denny's is it's not super hot inside and the lighting is dim... The restrooms are not tiny and they have free Wi-Fi. Another plus (not pictured) is the outside seating area with tables. It's a hidden gem, rarely ever crowded. (the majority of the people are families and collage students at night time).
